Once you access the new Credit Card Portal site you will be prompted to enroll, even if you have enrolled previously. If you are currently using the Arbor Financial Card Control Mobile App, when you log in to the new Credit Card Portal website you will be asked to link your mobile and online profiles.
As a reminder, the new site uses one-time passcodes sent to the current phone number via text for multi-factor authentication and security purposes. If you have any trouble updating your email address or phone number on file, please contact Member Services at 269.375.6702.
