An important part of everyday life, financial education can give you the confidence it takes to make informed decisions and help you grow to achieve your financial goals. At Arbor Financial, we value education year-round and are proud to offer several free resources and outlets to members, and non-members, to benefit your financial education and well-being. From weekly webinars to individual courses you can take on your own time, we’ve got options for you and your financial situation. Here are some of our offerings to assist you in your financial success journey:
15-Minute Webinars + On Demand
Because time is of the essence, we offer free 15-minute webinars for members and non-members to join. Topics range from recognizing financial elder abuse to spotting scams and developing healthy financial habits. Our weekly webinars are a quick and easy way to start introducing financial education into busy schedules.
We also understand that it can be difficult to take time away to join a webinar. After each class has completed, we upload the recordings to our website for a free on demand library. This library is consistently being updated and added to, so you will never miss out on a topic.

First Time Home Buyer Seminars
First time home buying can be overwhelming. Life is busy and trying to buy a house for the first time comes along with a bulk of new information. That’s why we offer a first time home buyer seminar for our members to chat with one of our Mortgage Loan Originators and a local realtor partner. Typically held in January and July, the originator and realtor partner will cover buyer questions with first-hand knowledge and experience. Our goal is to assist our members in achieving their dreams, and education is a large part of that.

Mortgage Mondays
On select Mondays, one of our friendly Mortgage Loan Originators hosts a virtual Mortgage Monday. From 9:00 a.m. to noon, our MLO will host 30-minute individual meetings to discuss one on one with members regarding their mortgage questions. We encourage first time buyers, members considering refinancing, multiple mortgage owners, and all others with any questions concerning your mortgage, or future mortgage, to sign up and chat! We know how much goes into a mortgage of any kind, and that is why we are here to assist you with whatever questions you may have.
Youth Lunch & Learns
Our young members are important to us, and so is their financial education. Upon joining Arbor Financial as a Volt member, they sign on with the bonus of free education throughout the membership. We know our young members are learning and growing rapidly, and we want to be there along the way to assist in their journey. Youth members get access to all free financial education tools we offer, plus several opportunities to join virtual and live seminars that cover the basics of their account and good financial habits.
