eBill and Bill Pay
We’ve all been there. Your payment is due today and maybe you forgot. Maybe you know that bill is at home on the counter (somewhere!) and now you find yourself scrambling to make your payment on time. By enlisting in eBill, you can receive and track your bills – all in one place - and sign up for quick email notifications of upcoming bills requiring attention. Schedule your payment with a few easy taps and you’re good to go! You can receive email confirmation of your scheduled payment and even view your complete payment history online or in the app. Imagine the feeling of having all your bills registered and organized in one place, providing you more time to do the things you enjoy. You can even schedule your payments to be recurring at the same time each month. Easy-breezy!
Zelle®
Zelle is a fast, safe, and contact-free way to send/receive money with people you know and trust. Once you activate Zelle, simply use your Arbor app or online banking to send or request funds. And what a great way to split the bill at the restaurant!
- To help serve as a safeguard, Zelle requires the person you send money to/request money from be listed in your contacts on your phone.
- It is important to be sure you enter information correctly when sending/receiving funds. Once a Zelle transaction processes – which is within minutes – the transaction is final and sent funds cannot be reclaimed.
- Be sure to test all new contacts with a very small transfer amount, to be sure the funds are going where you intend, before sending larger amounts.
Transfer Now®
Transfer Now is a fast and simple way to move money to and from your primary bank account, even from another financial institution. Simply go to the transfers tab and select the accounts you would like to transfer to and from, enter the amount you’d like to transfer and select the date you would like the transfer to take place and the frequency. To add an external account or debit card: click the add account button below the account selection section.
