Susan Weir Promoted to Vice President of Mortgage Lending

KALAMAZOO, MI – Arbor Financial Credit Union is pleased to announce the promotion of Susan Weir to Vice President of Mortgage Lending. Weir brings over 32 years of experience within the financial industry, of which 24 were in leadership positions within Arbor Financial’s mortgage and finance departments. She holds a degree in Management and Finance from Davenport University.

Weir is responsible for overseeing Arbor Financial’s continuing growth and expansion of the mortgage division, and directs the credit union’s mortgage lending activities.
 
Weir says, “I am very excited for this opportunity and proud to be a part of the Arbor team. We have a great culture and wonderful staff, and I love that we have a full mortgage program, which includes construction loans and jumbo loans, plus the local service. It’s also been great that we offer the convenience of having mortgages online along with other services, and it’s a strategic focus of ours to keep making investments in new technologies to benefit our members. I am excited for my new role here at Arbor Financial and look forward to helping contribute to its growth.”
